Why can't I hear anything?

Everyone has a different hearing range. If you cannot hear, it only means the frequency is not in your hearing range.

Can I listen to the sound whilst sleeping?

Which position should I be in when listening?

There’s no special “healing position.” We usually recommend finding a quiet and comfortable place where you can focus on your mind and body. To get more positive effects, you just need to activate it since positivity lies within you, so think of the bright side and you’ll foresee a bright future. Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you’ll start having positive results.

Do I need to focus on something or think about something?

There’s no “need,” but it’s up to you. Thinking could be troubling, so we recommend an empty mind for deep relaxation and receiving cosmic energy. However, some people just can’t stop thinking. If you’re that kind of person, you can think of something that makes you happy or feel relaxed.

What if the frequency makes me feel uncomfortable?

It’s normal to have some physical symptoms like that when there is a struggle between energies in your body, but if your body continues to feel uncomfortable you need to stop using temporarily and take a break. You can resume later or change to another frequency.
