Hello. I just started listening to the tinnitus frequency yesterday and today it says I don’t have access to it. I would have to be granted by the owner and to sign in? What do I do?

I was amazed by the video that found me.. Just that nano second of silence I have not heard for years.
I KNOW it’s not a hearing related issue, I am a sensitive and I am picking up the frequencies from the environmental soup we live in. I pause with wonder when I get the frequency changes to see if I can work out where or how as relief would be such a blessing.
The nano second of relief proved to me exactly as stated.
