I have suffered from tinnitus for several years due to a side effect of a medicine I take. In your opinion, since everyone is different, how long, and how often should I lisgen to get some sort of relief?

Hi P. K. 💜

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been dealing with tinnitus for several years.

Since everyone’s experience with frequency audio is different, there is no exact listening time that works the same for everyone. A common approach is to start with 20–30 minutes per day and adjust based on your comfort and personal experience. 🎧

Consistency is often more important than longer listening sessions. We recommend listening in a relaxed environment and at a comfortable volume.

You can also find more guidance about listening time here:
https://www.frequencyheals.com/how-long-should-you-listen-to-healing-frequencies/

We hope you find a routine that feels right for you, and we wish you all the best on your frequency journey. 💙✨

Hi Robert 💜

Thank you for sharing your experience. 😊

Everyone’s response to frequency sessions can be different. Some people notice changes immediately, while others may not, and occasionally a symptom may seem more noticeable before settling. If you find the session uncomfortable or your tinnitus becomes louder, it’s perfectly okay to stop listening or reduce the listening time and volume.

Hi Thomas 💜

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. 😊

We understand that dealing with ringing in the ears for many years can be challenging, and we appreciate you giving the session a try. 🙏

We recommend listening at a comfortable volume and allowing yourself time to explore the session. Everyone’s experience with frequencies can be different, and some people may notice changes in their experience sooner or later than others.

If you find the volume range uncomfortable or notice that the sound feels too intense, we suggest lowering the volume or taking a break. 🎧

Thank you for being part of the Frequency Heals community, and we hope you enjoy exploring the session. 💙✨

Lost hearing in my right ear years ago from an inner ear virus. My right ear hearing certain tones is horrible. Ringing in my ears constantly. My right ear closes every time I swallow, which is just annoying. I have to hold my nose and pop them a hundred times a day. As I am listening now, for the first time, I can hear popping sounds in both ears. Sure hope this helps.

Hi Alice 💜

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. 😊 We’re glad you decided to give the session a try and noticed the popping sounds while listening.

Since you mentioned a history of hearing loss, ringing in the ears, and frequent ear pressure, we recommend paying attention to how you feel during and after the session. Everyone can respond differently to sound and frequency. 🎧

If you experience any pain, dizziness, sudden change in hearing, or worsening of your symptoms, please stop listening and consult a qualified healthcare professional.

We hope the session provides a comfortable and positive listening experience for you. 💙✨ Thank you for being part of the Frequency Heals community!

No sound? What is the frequency used?

frequencyaudios

Hi Branko 💜

Thank you for your question! 😊

Some frequency sessions may contain tones that are very low or very high, which means they may not always be clearly audible depending on your speakers, headphones, or individual hearing range. You may still experience the session even if the sound is very subtle. 🎧

For this session, the frequencies are combined as part of the overall program rather than being a single tone.

If you cannot hear anything, we recommend trying headphones or external speakers, and checking that your device is not muted.

We hope this helps, and thank you for exploring Frequency Heals! 💙🌿

I have vistibular for a couple of years. It probably happened in one of my 17 falls. I always hit my head very hard, on the ground. My eye doctor never mentioned that I had vistibular, it was @ physical therapy when I went to strenthen my legs that they said they noticed that I had vistibular that they felt they should work on that instead, that was a couple of years ago. Since last year my legs have felt heavy & weak, I shuffle my walk, afraid I might fall again. I see where you recommend laying flat. I only get 1-2 hrs sleep a night, I go to sleep @ 6 am – 7 am. then try to get up, I have severe dizziness & fall right back onto the bed. I lay there for 5-10 minutes then get up slowly. It was suggested that I also should go back for vistibular theraphy, where I would have a harness around me with the strap connected to the ceiling to keep me from falling down. I walk with a walker. I would like to try it your way, only if it’s truly free. Pills have the opposite effect on me.. Thank you.

Hi Mary 💜
Thank you for sharing more about your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been dealing with vestibular issues, dizziness, and balance difficulties for so long. 🙏
The frequency session you’re currently listening to is related to inner ear health and vestibular balance, so it is the appropriate resource for the area you’re looking to explore. 🎧🌿
There isn’t a specific number of times you must listen. You can listen consistently at a comfortable volume and find a routine that works for you. You can also learn more about listening duration here:
Since you mentioned severe dizziness, previous falls, and needing a walker, please continue working with your healthcare professionals and take extra care to prevent falls. Frequency audio can be explored as a complementary wellness practice, but it should not replace your medical or vestibular care. 💙
We sincerely hope this resource brings you some comfort and support on your journey. 🙏🌿
