Can you suggest time lengths for listening to the tones please. Also, I can’t hear the enamel strengthening one. Are some silent? Are there more?
Hi Pauline 💜
Thank you for your questions! 😊
For listening time, many people choose to listen for around 20–30 minutes per session as part of their daily frequency routine. However, listening time can be adjusted based on your personal preference and comfort level.
Regarding the enamel strengthening session, yes, some frequency sessions may sound very quiet or almost silent. This can happen because some frequencies or sound components may be outside the most sensitive range of human hearing, or they may be played at a very low volume. 🎧
You can try checking:
your device volume settings
another pair of headphones or speakers
another device if available
