How loud do these need to be? Are you sure these are right? Some are really irritating.

Hi Barb, Thanks for your question. The volume does not need to be loud—many people prefer listening at a gentle, comfortable level. Some frequencies can sound unusual or less pleasant depending on the tones used, so if a track feels irritating, it’s absolutely fine to lower the volume, shorten the listening time, or try a different audio that feels more comfortable for you 💙

Hi Ken 💜

Thank you for your question 😊

A good general guideline is to listen once or twice per day for about 20–30 minutes per session, depending on your comfort level and how your body responds 🎧

You can also adjust the frequency of listening based on how you feel — some people prefer daily consistency, while others listen more flexibly.

Do you have to listen with headphones? And do you have to have it in both ears?

Hi Richard 💜

Thank you for your question. 😊

You don’t have to use headphones to listen to our frequency sessions. You can also use speakers, depending on your personal preference and listening environment. 🎧🔊

If you use headphones, it’s generally recommended to listen with both ears for a more balanced listening experience. However, if one ear is more comfortable or you have hearing differences between ears, you can choose the setup that works best for you.

The most important thing is to listen at a comfortable volume and create a relaxing environment for your session. ✨

Thank you for being part of the Frequency Heals community. 💙
