I have many categories I listen too. How long do I listen to each one before I see results? I can listen to different ones every day or best to stay on each one? I have a few different things I’m working on so I want to take advantage of getting the best resuIts. I do have a Rife frequency machine I bought that I use every night as well. Yours I listen to every morning. Is that too much?
Thank you so much!!

Hi Christine 💜🙏
Thank you for your thoughtful question — this is a great one.
When using multiple frequency categories, the most effective approach is usually consistency rather than quantity.
Most people find better results when they:
• Focus on 1–3 main themes per day (instead of many different ones)
• Listen consistently for at least 20–30 minutes per session
• Stay with a program for a few days before switching, to allow the body to adapt 🎧
You can absolutely rotate different frequencies daily if you prefer, especially if you are working on multiple areas — but it’s generally helpful not to overload too many different programs in one single day.
Regarding your Rife frequency machine, many users combine audio sessions + device use in a way that feels comfortable for them. A simple approach is to space them out and observe how your body responds.
There is no “too much” in a strict sense, but listening to your body is the most important guide — if you feel fatigued or overstimulated, reducing duration or simplifying your routine is often best 💙
Wishing you a balanced and effective frequency journey ✨
