N-Acetylcysteine Frequency for reducing oxidative stress & breaking down mucus | Sound Healing

Video Description:
Struggling with respiratory congestion, liver detox needs, or overall oxidative stress? This session captures the energetic signature of NAC (N-Acetylcysteine). As a precursor to Glutathione, NAC’s signal helps support your body’s primary detox pathways, lung health, and cellular defense. These healing vibrations act as a “digital supplement” to harmonize your energy with this powerful antioxidant booster. 🧪

Key Benefits:

Provides energetic support for healthy lung and respiratory clearing

Aids the body in signaling for natural Glutathione production

Supports the liver’s detox processes and cellular protection

Perfect For:
Individuals focusing on respiratory and lung wellness

Those wanting to boost their internal antioxidant defense

Anyone looking to support liver detoxification naturally

Note:

This is an energetic signature and does not replace the physical amino acid.

Do I need to be wearing headphones while listening to this to receive a contribution

Hi Wendy! Headphones are not required—you can simply play the session nearby and listen comfortably.
Some people choose headphones because they make the sound clearer, but others prefer listening through a speaker placed close by. Both approaches are commonly used.
Many listeners start with about 20–30 minutes per session and adjust based on how they feel. 🌿

Hi Steve 😊 Some NAC-related audios use very low or subtle tones, so depending on your speakers, headphones, and individual hearing range, you may hear very little sound or only faint pulses/clicks 💙

Human hearing also has a limited range, and some frequencies may fall partially outside what certain people can clearly hear—especially very low or very high tones 🌿

Please don’t keep the volume at maximum for long periods. You can also try:
• a different browser or device
• external speakers instead of phone speakers
• another frequency audio to compare

If other audios work normally but this one seems almost silent, that can still be normal for certain low-frequency tracks 😊
